LIVINGWATERS TRANSPORTATION INC. offers online grocery, food, and parcel delivery services all over Canada. This Terms & Conditions page informs you what it takes to access our website and app. We suggest our customers read this section carefully as you can’t avail our services without accepting the terms of use. On this page, ‘we,’ ‘us,’ ‘the company,’ ‘the platform,’ and ‘our’ are referred to as LiWAS, while ‘you,’ and ‘the users’ are referred to as customers. You are recommended to visit this page regularly as LiWAS reserves the right to make changes in these terms at any time.
Term of Use
- First things first. You need to download our app from Google Playstore and create an account.
- To create an account, you need to submit your personal information, including name, email address, contact number and set a strong password.
- You need to secure your password. We will not be responsible if your password gets stolen.
- You are required to take responsibility for all the orders placed from your account.
- You need to provide accurate information (delivery address, contact information, etc.) for a smooth order process. LiWAS will not be responsible in case of delivery issues due to incorrect details.
- You need to send us an email if you want to deactivate or delete your LiWAS account.
- We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your account if we find:
- Someone else is using your account without your consent
- Your account involved in an activity that is in breach of these terms and conditions or our company policies.
Restrictions
The activities or actions that are prohibited while accessing the LiWAS website or app are listed below:
- NOTE: We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone involved in inappropriate activity.
- Using the app for activities that violate the local, regional, or state laws.
- Sharing comments or content breach any rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or social rights.
- Posting hateful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, and abusive comments against any person or group or sharing content that includes cyber-bullying.
- Exposing personal details of any person through our platform.
- Sharing links to other websites or posting suspicious coding.
- Posting anything that is ‘spam’ under LiWAS’s policy.
- Being part of or encouraging others to become a part of activities that restrict other LiWAS users from accessing our website or app.
What LiWAS Will Do If Anyone Breaks Rules?
- We reserve the right to take the following actions against anyone who goes against the restrictions:
- Investigate the matter to determine whether the content posted on our app or site is against the terms and conditions. If the allegations are true, we will remove the content immediately.
- Suspend or terminate the LiWAS account if anyone violates the terms and conditions
- Closely monitor the actions and activities of all users to avoid mishaps.
- Whether it’s against our policies or not, we reserve the right to edit or delete any content.
Copyright
- LiWAS has copyrights of all the intellectual property used in our platforms and marketing collateral, including logos, trademark, images, or service marks.
- No one is allowed to use, upload, alter, recreate, or share any of our intellectual property without our prior consent.
- Using LiWAS trademarks on other platforms without our approval is strictly prohibited.
- LiWAS reserves the right to take strict legal actions against anyone found using our intellectual property.
Order Process
- You need to choose items you need and add them to the cart.
- When you place the order, LiWAS sends you the confirmation email containing your order receipt.
- You are required to provide the address where you want to receive the order to determine whether the delivery services are available in that particular area.
- Sometimes you need to provide additional details for smooth processing. So, carefully read and follow the on-screen instructions before checking out.
- Before hitting the ‘Place The Order’ button, make sure that all the information you’ve provided is accurate.
- If you want to cancel your order for any reason, immediately make a call or send a message via our in-app chat option.
Prices & Payment Methods
- When it comes to checkout, we display the breakdown of the prices of items you choose.
- Clicking on the ‘Place The Order’ button means you accepted the final total amount appearing on your screen.
- All the prices are exclusive of taxes.
- Delivery charges apply to every order.
- The prices mentioned in our app may be subject to change.
- You can choose any one of the mentioned options to make payments.
- If you choose an online payment method, make sure that all your credit card details are accurate.
- At LiWAS, all online payments are processed by a third party. So, we share your credit card information with them, and they stored it in their database for future payments. We do all of this with your consent.
- LiWAS doesn’t store your credit card details.
Order Delivery
- LiWAS delivers grocery in all over Canada and currently working on expanding its services.
- We deliver the order to the given address at the estimated time mentioned in the order receipt.
- Delivery time shall vary depending on the factors that are not in our control, such as distance, peak hours, bad weather, traffic jam, etc.
- You can check the remaining delivery time on the app.
- You need to be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- You will miss the order if:
- No one is available to receive the order.
- Contact details are not reachable.
- The place of order delivery isn’t secure
- If you don’t contact the rider within 10 minutes, he will leave the place and cancel your order. No refund or remedy will be provided to you in such a situation.
- If there are any issues in your order, like defective products or missing items, immediately make a phone, send an email, or use the in-app live chat feature to contact our support team.
- We investigate the issue and make compensation if the complaint is legit.
Refund
- Every customer reserves the right to claim a refund in case of order cancellation or any other reason.
- We issue the refund only if you decide to cancel the order before the rider leaves the mart.
- Once the rider leaves the mart, no refund will be made.
Discounts and Coupons
- LiWAS runs promotional campaigns from time to time in which we offer incredible discounts, coupons, and more.
- Some vouchers are valid for a certain period, while some are for one-time use.
- Vouchers are only applicable in our app.
- You can’t exchange a voucher with cash.
Data Processing
- While creating an account, you allow LiWAS and third parties affiliated with the platform to use and process your personal information
- Some vouchers are valid for a certain period, while some are for one-time use.
- We use and process your data as per our terms and conditions and privacy policy. You can check our policy page to get things clear.
Indemnity
You agree to secure LiWAS and all the third parties associated with it from any damage, liability, or legal expenses caused by your use of our services or your violation of these terms and conditions.

- If you open and follow these links, we will not be responsible for anything.

Termination
- LiWAS reserves the right to terminate, suspend or delete your account for any reason, including without limitation if you violate the company’s terms and conditions.
- We are not obliged to provide you with a warning before termination of your access to our website and app.
Amendments
- LiWAS has the right to amend this Terms & Conditions page at any time.
- The changes come into effect immediately after getting an update.
- You need to agree to the new terms to continue using our app.
- If you disagree with the amended terms, please stop using the app immediately.
Governing Law
- All the terms and conditions shall be governed and construed under the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
